Was there an issue with a purchase? No worries. If we cannot correct your problem we will gladly refund your purchase price with no restocking fee. We cannot pay for return shipping on the returned articles and the items must be returned within 30 days from the original order. 

• Our products are manuafactured in different facilities depending on the item you have purchased. For items that don't qualify for 2-day shipping, HA Homes offers standard shipping.We process all orders within 24 hours and contact you with shipping information as soon as the item has undgone the ordering process. Your items are expected to be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after the items have shipped.
