Hussain made his first real estate purchase as an investor in Brooklyn, NY,  at the age of 23 with $2,500 of his own capital. At the time he was a 50/50 owner of a studio co-op.  The knowledge he gained from this investment and others that would follow led to an "aha moment" in 2015 when Hussain would begin investing in rental properties "the right way". He would no longer focus on rent rolls as a deciding factor to invest. His new metric was ROI or return on investment. On his first deal Hussain was netting about 1% of his rent roll, after his discovery he found deals that net under 20% not worth consideration.

Staying true to his roots as an educator, Hussain felt the urge to "spread the wealth" both literally and figuratively with anyone who was interested in learning how to grow their assets, net worth and passive income. Through HA Homes, Hussain began to offer consultations and new business guidance to a range of clients including entrepreneurs, families planing retirements, and younger investors looking to create financial independence and passive income revenue streams. To date Hussain has helped his clients to create dozens of companies, six of which are in excess of $1,000,000 in earnings and assets and has helped three of his clients retire in their 30s.

One of Hussain's biggest professional accomplishments was being able to walk away from a career as a New York City public school educator at the age of 37. That decision has proven proven to be the right decision. Within 18 months of retirement Hussain was able to earn more income in less than 18 months than his whole 14 year career as an educator. One of concepts he is guided by is the understanding that the path of success is paved with the pursuit of happiness not money. Money is one of the perks that come with helping others to achieve their goals.

AUTHOR - 2020

Understanding that education is the great equalizer, Hussain wrote his debut book F.E.A.R - Forget Everything And Reset to allow anyone the opportunity to access his information and philosophy for under $5.00.

SBA AWARD - 2020

We were honored to be nominated and amazed to be the recipients of the SBA (U. S. Small Business Administration) 2020 Minority Small Business Champion of the Year in the state of Texas. When we heard there were selected as one of nine winners in a pool of 980,000 possible businesses we were floored. There are over 1.7 million businesses in the state of Texas and we are proud to continue to help families and entrepreneurs form their ventures right here in the lone star state. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this award.

In pursit of our mission to improve the communities we service our founder plans on opening a community bookstore/library and a co-working space in north Killeen. On September, 8th 2020 the Killeen City Council unanimously voted to rezone two adjoining lots allowing HA Homes to develop the Mary Kemp Learning and Community Center. In addition to building this space Hussain has personally pledged to donate $100,000 to various charities and organizations within 2021.

Always looking to lend a hand, Hussain has begun mentoring, investing in and funding a range of projects and businesses. He understands that most ideas and entrepreneurs require a scaffold to reach their true potential. He is glad to partner with these eager talents in their efforts.
